Botrytised Sauvignon Blanc
Made from Sauvignon Blanc and Viogner grapes, the berries were hand-picked and carefully selected several weeks after the general harvest, allowing them to naturally develop botrytis (noble rot) and concentrate sugars. Fermented and aged in French Oak barrels.
